On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a careful and engaged surface treatment specialist for their production in Marks Municipality.

About the role

As a surface treatment specialist, you will work with the surface treatment of wood products where precision, carefulness, and quality awareness are crucial. The tasks include, among other things, sanding, preparation of materials before surface treatment, application of paint and surface treatment materials, as well as quality control of finished products.

You will work closely with other parts of the production and be a key part in ensuring that the final product meets the company's high quality requirements. The work takes place in a modern production environment with a focus on quality, safety, and collaboration.

About you

We are looking for someone who is careful, quality-aware, and has an eye for detail. You enjoy practical work and understand the importance of delivering a well-executed result.

As a person, you are responsible, structured, and have an easy time collaborating with others. At the same time, you are self-sufficient and can plan your work in an efficient manner. You appreciate order and cleanliness and thrive in an environment where quality always comes first.

We would like you to have experience from the wood industry, painting, surface treatment, or other manufacturing industries where precision and finish have been an important part of the work.

• Experience with surface treatment, painting, or similar work
• Experience from the wood industry, production, or manufacturing
• Good understanding of quality and carefulness
• Swedish language skills (written and spoken)
• Category B driver's license and access to a car

Meritorious

• Experience in fine carpentry or wood processing
• Experience with sanding and surface finish on wood products
• Overhead crane certificate
• Forklift certificate
• Experience in reading drawings
