Job Responsibilities

You will work practically with machinery, tools, and equipment. This is a technical role where you will both think and do.

• Operate and monitor machinery in operation
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot as needed
• Refill materials, perform control measurements, and document
• Maintain order of tools, equipment, and work area

Working hours are scheduled for shift work, but daytime hours may also occur. The location is just outside Borås.

Background and Personal Qualities

We do not care about fancy titles; what matters is that you are handy, meticulous, and enjoy working both independently and with others. Here is what we consider important for the role:

Requirements:

• Experience with tools and machinery
• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Valid driver's license

Merits:

• Experience in workshops, vehicles, agricultural machinery, or maintenance
• Have been "tinkering" since childhood – at home, in the garage, or at work
• Can understand drawings and handle measuring instruments
