Job Responsibilities

You will work practically with machines, tools, and equipment. This is a technical role where you will both think and act.

• Operate and monitor machines in operation
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot as needed
• Refill materials, perform quality control measurements, and document
• Maintain order of tools, equipment, and workspace

Working hours are scheduled for shift work, but daytime hours may also occur. The location is just outside Borås.

Background and Personal Qualities

We do not care about fancy titles; what matters is that you are handy, detail-oriented, and enjoy working both independently and with others. Here is what we consider important for the role: Requirements:

• Experience with tools and machines
• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Valid driver's license

• Experience in workshops, vehicles, agricultural machinery, or maintenance
• You have been tinkering since childhood, at home, in the garage, or at work
• Ability to read drawings and handle measuring instruments

We are looking for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment, takes responsibility for their work, and ensures tasks are done thoroughly. You have an eye for detail, like keeping things organized, and can collaborate in a group as well as work independently when required. Contributing to a positive atmosphere is key here!
