Job Responsibilities

You will work practically with machines, tools, and equipment. This is a technical role where you get to both think and do.

• Operate and monitor machines in production
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot as needed
• Refill materials, perform quality control measurements, and document
• Maintain orderliness of tools, equipment, and workspace

The working hours are scheduled for shift work, but day shifts may also occur. The location is just outside Borås.

Background and Personal Qualities

We do not care about fancy titles; what matters is that you are handy, detail-oriented, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. It is important that you contribute to a positive atmosphere!

Requirements:

• Experience with tools and machines
• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Valid driver's license

Merits:

• Experience in workshops, vehicles, agricultural machinery, or maintenance
• Practical experience from home, garage, or previous jobs
• Ability to read technical drawings and handle measuring instruments
