As an Account Manager at StudentDisplay, you help companies gain visibility where tomorrow's workforce is found: at universities and colleges throughout Sweden.

We are now looking for a business-driven Account Manager who wants to help companies attract future talent!

Your Role

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for the entire business process, from initial contact to long-term collaboration. You will initiate new partnerships to build your own customer portfolio while also working with passive clients, reaching out to discuss collaboration opportunities.

You will engage in dialogues with HR managers, Talent Acquisition specialists, marketing managers, and other decision-makers within some of Sweden's most well-known employers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify companies that want to attract future employees
• Contact decision-makers and create new business opportunities
• Present our employer branding solution and create value for the customer
• Build long-term customer relationships and develop your own customer portfolio
• Responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing and follow-up
• Develop through coaching, training, and clear goals

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in sales, customer service, or similar relationship-building roles with customer contact
• Has experience or knowledge within employer branding and marketing
• Has the ability to identify customer needs and translate them into business solutions
• Is motivated by creating results and driving business forward
• Wants to influence both your own development and your income

• Working Hours: Mon-Thu 08:00–17:00, Fri 07:30–15:40
• Employment: Full-time, 6-month probation period with the possibility of permanent employment
