We need to grow and we are looking for you who want to become part of a wonderful team. I am looking for someone who laughs easily, has a natural aptitude for care, and knows how to switch off, as the workload with me can vary in intensity. Previous experience in care and elderly care is a plus. If you have a strong desire to learn and our personalities click, we will provide you with thorough training.

My assistants work in a small, tight-knit group, and we do many fun things during the day. I have double staffing during the day between 08:00-20:00 and single staffing for the awake night shift 22:00-08:00.

We now need to strengthen our dream team with one additional full-time position and one part-time position (approx. 65%) during daytime hours. Before summer, we also need some hourly employees who can step in during vacations and sickness. My assistants work on a rolling 6-week schedule, and daytime working hours are 08:00-20:00 or 08:00-22:00, seven days a week. A full-time position involves working approximately 13 days per month.

Who am I? I am a cheerful man living with a broken neck and 100% paralysis. This means I need help with everything in my daily life. I live without respiratory support, and I eat and speak normally. Given my care needs, all assistive devices imaginable are available to make my daily life and my assistants' work easier. I live in Trosa with my wife in our villa, and the assistants have their own living room and kitchen. Communication to Trosa during weekends and summers can be poor, so a prerequisite is that you have a driver's license and your own car. I also have my own car which we often use for outings, so it is a plus if you enjoy driving. Good Swedish skills, both spoken and written, are an absolute requirement. It is of utmost importance that we can all understand each other.

About the recruitment process: We contact interesting candidates on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. As part of our recruitment process, we always conduct a background check via Fortcheck, which is sent to you as a candidate via email and SMS. The background check is conducted entirely on your terms - you perform the check yourself and receive the results. You then choose whether to forward the information to us or to discontinue.
