Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who wants to "own" a milling machine or multi-task machine. Our machine fleet is updated with several brand-new machines, for example, a new gantry milling machine with TNC 7! You will work with single-piece production and shorter series. Programming in Heidenhain will be a central part of your work, as well as setup and operator maintenance. This means you have the opportunity to take responsibility and develop as an operator. You will participate in continuous improvement work, 5S, and other LEAN activities. Shift work is included.

We are looking for someone who completed their training some time ago and has many years of experience in setup and programming from drawings. You want to develop but perhaps cannot move forward where you are today? We believe you are a person who likes to take responsibility, maintains high quality, and gladly takes initiative when you see that something can be improved. You are reliable, work in a structured manner, and thrive in an environment where people help each other and where prestige does not stand in the way of doing a really good job together.
