For autumn 2026, we are looking for extra staff for Tetra Pak's factory in Skoghall – we are looking for you with another main occupation of at least 51%.

Our production consists of converting plastic-coated paperboard into packages through three operational steps; lamination, printing/die-cutting, and edge sealing. We have approximately 290 employees, of whom 40 work at our unit in Skoghall. We prioritize safety first and are constantly working on continuous improvements throughout the entire operation in accordance with WCM – World Class Manufacturing.

About the job
The work as a machine operator involves operating production equipment and ensuring that the packaging material is produced according to current specifications. Another important part of the job is working on improvement work according to the WCM methodology. As a machine operator, you and the team are responsible for the quality of the work performed. Daily forklift driving is included.

You work as a consultant in our time pool, where you make yourself available for shifts during the week. To work in our pool, you need to be available to work at least 2 days per week and be able to work both weekdays and weekends. The shifts are normally 12 hours long. The working hours vary and include day, night, morning, and afternoon shifts.

We are looking for you who want to work extra from autumn 2026 – spring 2027 when the factory closes.

Who are you?
We are looking for you who have another main occupation, for example studies or another job. You should have at least a high school education, and it is meritorious if you have previous experience working as a machine operator and forklift driver. You need to be a proficient computer user and have good knowledge of both Swedish and English. We would like you to have a B-driving license and access to your own car, as shifts can be scheduled with short notice.

Requirements:

• Another main occupation such as studies or another job of at least 51%
• Forklift license A & B

Meritorious:

• Driving license and access to a car
• Overhead crane license
• Experience with WCM, Lean, and 5S

To succeed in the role, you need to be engaged, proactive, and have an easy time collaborating. You are creative and have good problem-solving skills and a desire to work with continuous improvements. Furthermore, you are meticulous and systematic.
