About the role

We are now looking for an Operator for our site in Hagfors. The responsibilities include manufacturing grinding segments for our customers in the paper and pulp industries.

You will become part of a team and join a shift group that collaborates closely with other departments in production. The position involves significant personal responsibility to ensure that all tasks are performed accurately and correctly.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who is hardworking and enjoys physical work at a fast pace. As a person, you are solution-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible. You value high quality and have a strong safety mindset in your work. You thrive working independently, have a positive attitude, and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere in the workplace.

We expect you to have good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. In addition, a valid driver’s license (Category B) and a forklift license are required. Knowledge of LEAN principles is an advantage. Experience with business systems is also desirable, as a large part of the work will be carried out in our upcoming business system, LN. You should also be flexible to support other groups in production when needed.
