Are you technically inclined and interested in working with modern production in the industry? We are now looking for two machine operators to join our machining team.

About the role

As a machine operator in machining, you will set up, monitor, and optimize machines in the production process. You ensure that the machining maintains the correct quality and adheres to specified requirements. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in production, engineering, and maintenance.

The work is physical and fast-paced, where your ability to work in a structured and efficient manner is crucial.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and thrives in an active work environment. You are solution-oriented, self-motivated, and have a strong safety mindset in everything you do. You contribute with a positive attitude and are a team player who values a good work climate.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B) and forklift certificate
• Experience with business systems is an advantage (we use LN)
• Knowledge of LEAN principles is an advantage
• Flexibility to support other parts of production when needed
