About the role

Industrisupport is now looking for assemblers for Töcksfors. We offer a practical role where you work in a good working environment alongside your colleagues. This position is suitable for both you who are new to the profession and want to learn from scratch, and you who have previous experience in assembly or similar work and wish to continue developing.

Here you will get active work where you use your hands, take responsibility, and contribute to making daily operations run smoothly. The work is carried out according to clear and well-functioning instructions in an orderly and predictable environment. The position is during daytime hours, which provides good opportunities for work-life balance.

Responsibilities

As an assembler with us, you work with various types of assembly. The work may vary depending on the assignment, but includes among other things:

• Assembly of products and components
• Following drawings and instructions
• Quality control of completed work
• Collaboration with colleagues in a team
• Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment

We are looking for you who

• Are handy and enjoy practical work
• Are reliable and take responsibility for your work
• Have drive and a desire to do a good job
• Can work both independently and in a team
• Are flexible and solution-oriented

Previous experience in assembly or similar work is meritorious, but not a requirement. We place great emphasis on your attitude and willingness to develop.

Our recruitment process

This vacancy concerns a temporary assignment (contractor), which means that the most suitable candidate is employed by IndustriSupport but performs their daily work at the client company. The client company is responsible for work leadership, while IndustriSupport is the employer and responsible for the personnel. Both parties cooperate continuously to ensure a joint responsibility for the work environment. Often, temporary assignments lead to employment at the client company.
