About Us

WeBeS is a specialized surface treatment company exclusively dedicated to pickling stainless steel. Since our founding in 1996, we have delivered durable results to the industry – from small components to large structures.

At our facility in Kil, we combine one of West Sweden's largest pickling tanks (7x2x2 m) with a spacious spray hall of 350 sqm. Additionally, we have Sweden's only mobile pickling truck, allowing us to perform qualified pickling services for customers across the country.

About the Role

The work is practical and varied, and you will work closely with a small, cohesive team. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performing immersion and spray pickling of components and structures
• Preparing, inspecting, and quality controlling goods before and after treatment
• Handling chemicals according to our safety routines – always using full protective equipment
• Operating and monitoring pickling baths and process equipment
• Handling and lifting goods with forklifts and cranes
• Contributing to order, safety, and a good working environment in the workshop

There is also an opportunity to join trips with our mobile pickling truck at customer sites.

We are looking for someone who

• Thrives in practical work, is driven, and interested in learning new things
• Is meticulous and methodical
• Takes safety and chemical handling very seriously
• Is responsible, reliable, and a good team player
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)

Meritorious qualifications:

• Experience in pickling, surface treatment, industry, or similar work
• Forklift license and/or crane license
• Category C driver's license (for work with the mobile truck)

Do you lack some experience? No worries – we are happy to train the right person. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude and want to learn the craft.

• Employment Type: Probation period followed by a permanent position after 6 months
