We are now looking for a driven and analytical Price and Quotation Coordinator who wants to take strategic responsibility for calculating and purchasing transport services within Nordic Bulkers. The need arises from an upcoming parental leave, covering a period of at least 12 months starting in August. About the Role

As a Price and Quotation Coordinator, you will be responsible for calculating and quoting transport solutions for customers, including purchasing from Swedish hauliers, rail transport, and terminal/sea freight partners. You will work closely with both customers and subcontractors to ensure that Nordic Bulkers offers competitive and profitable solutions.

The role requires you to have strategic insight and the ability to analyze transport in a way that delivers a good overall package. This may involve analyzing new transport routes, negotiating better prices with hauliers, or discussing with the operations department to get feedback on a transport setup. The main focus of the role will be on calculation and quoting for customers, but gradually expanding into transport purchasing as well as potential development projects.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a strategic and analytical mindset and enjoys finding smart solutions.
• Is self-motivated and proactive.
• Has a university degree in transport/logistics or equivalent work experience.
• Has previous experience from similar roles.

You have good negotiation skills and are skilled at managing dialogues with both customers and suppliers. You work carefully and structured, while being flexible and open to change. With a business-minded approach, you understand the importance of balancing customer satisfaction with profitability.
