We are looking for assistant nurses for Ölme Special Housing
Do you see yourself as a secure, responsible, and proactive assistant nurse who wants to contribute to creating security, joy, and quality of life for our elderly residents?
At Ölme Special Housing, we are facing a need to strengthen our operations with assistant nurses both in the short and long term. Already after the summer, there is a need for one additional employee, while two of our assistant nurses plan to retire in the spring of 2027. To create continuity and stability, we therefore wish to recruit several assistant nurses at the same time, instead of conducting several recruitments close together. Access is therefore planned for both the autumn of 2026 and the spring of 2027.
Our special housing units are part of the Support, Care and Social Services Administration, an operation that works every day to provide older people and people with disabilities with the support, care, and rehabilitation they need. At our facilities, the individual's needs are always at the center.
We are also currently working actively on a scheduling project aimed at creating a better balance between work and leisure. This means that as an employee, you will work 2 weekends out of 5, instead of every other weekend.

DUTIES
As an assistant nurse with us, you are an important part of providing support in everyday life, for example with personal care, meals, and activities. You contribute to our tenants having the opportunity to maintain their independence and use their own resources to the greatest extent possible.
Your work is also about creating a secure and meaningful existence where quality of life is central. You will also perform delegated tasks from nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.
We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating and who, together with your colleagues, creates a work environment where you work towards common goals, always with the tenants' best interests in focus.
Night shifts and pool shifts are included.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who meet the following formal requirements:
- Are a trained assistant nurse, or alternatively, are in the final stages of your education.
- Have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish, as documentation and communication are an important part of the work.
Since Ölme is located on the outskirts of the municipality and public transport options vary, a B-driving license is meritorious.

EMPLOYMENT
Interviews are planned to take place during week 28 as well as week 34 and onwards.
Type of employment: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent, start: Autumn 2026 or Spring 2027.
