About the assignment

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for a consulting assignment via Bemannia. The assignment starts immediately and runs until August 24th, with the possibility of extension. It is a full-time position with working hours 08:00–17:00, with flexibility options.

Your responsibilities

• Be the primary contact person for tenants and answer questions about housing.
• Handle fault reports and follow up on cases.
• Perform inspections during moves, including pre- and post-inspections as well as cleaning inspections.
• Provide professional service both via phone and during home visits to tenants.

Your qualifications

✔️ Approved upper secondary education

✔️ Documented work experience from the real estate industry

✔️ Experience in customer service and meeting people, both by phone and in person

✔️ Previous experience conducting move-in/move-out inspections of apartments

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working in the property management system Vitec
• Experience with social housing issues such as handling disturbances or rent payments
