We are hiring a Mechanical Engineer to join an advanced R&D lab environment within a global leader in consumer products. This role focuses on modernizing prototyping capabilities, moving from traditional/manual approaches to CAD-driven and scalable engineering methods.

Responsibilities

Design and develop test fixtures using Creo
Support transition from manual prototyping to CAD & soft tooling
Work closely with lab testing environments
Collaborate with electrical, electronics, and test engineers
Bring structure and efficiency into prototyping workflows

Requirements

Strong experience in mechanical design (Creo preferred)
Knowledge of manufacturing processes:
Welding
Shaping
Pressing
Experience in prototyping / R&D environments
Hands-on mindset with ability to bridge design and execution
Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
