The Care Administration is seeking assistant nurses for home care services. This is a permanent full-time position with a start date to be agreed upon.

Job Responsibilities

The work in home care involves providing good care and service to clients in their own homes within the framework of support decisions according to the Social Services Act. You will also perform health and medical care tasks after delegation or instruction from nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and weekends. The position is currently within home care, but the employment is with Tanum Municipality, which means you may be reassigned to other parts of the operations if needs change.

Qualifications

Completion of the Care and Nursing Programme with advanced courses in "Care and Nursing for Dementia" and "Elderly Health and Quality of Life", or education that the employer considers equivalent. Approved grades in Swedish 1 and Social Studies at the upper secondary level. We place great emphasis on your experience in care and nursing work, but also want you to have good cooperation skills and to personally enjoy working in someone else's home. To perform the job satisfactorily, you must have good planning skills, be flexible, and independent.

A driver's license is required.

Conditions

Tanum Municipality applies individual salary setting. Requirements include having a protected professional title as an assistant nurse or being covered by transitional provisions to be offered employment.
