Närhälsan Sandared is a well-functioning health center with 30 creative employees in various professional categories who together form a competent team. About the Job
Your duties at the health center cover a broad field and include the area of general medicine where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You work in a health-promoting, advisory, and treatment capacity in primary care, both via phone, home visits, digital care meetings, and at the clinic.
The work takes place through both emergency and planned operations. You work largely independently with your own clinic where you triage, treat, and follow up with patients. Close collaboration occurs with your colleagues at the unit and cross-professionally in the team, but also together with other actors such as home care and other specialized care. Together with the health center management, you are responsible for developing and driving the operations forward. Educating future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, so mentoring students is also included as part of your role at the health center.
About You
You are a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training as a district nurse. It is an advantage if you have experience from working in primary care and/or have a 7.5 ECTS supervisor education, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and is confident in making independent decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can prioritize your tasks effectively.
In your work, you meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, sensitive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you enjoy teamwork and have a natural ability to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts in your work. You can express yourself well both verbally and in writing, and are an engaged and good listener at both digital meetings and visits at the clinic. We would like you to have an interest in digitalization and business development.

About the Recruitment Process
Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call current candidates to a phone interview. Thereafter, the hiring manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the health center.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
