Your Role

We are looking for an Electronics Assembler for early prototype manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembly, soldering, and modification of electronic components.
• Troubleshooting and basic testing of circuit boards and units.
• Preparation of work for SMT machines (Surface Mount Technology/Pick-and-Place).
• Programming and operation of SMT machines/Pick-and-Place systems.
• Establishing routines and processes for new equipment (including Pick-and-Place machines and solder paste dispensing) and related working methods.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a meticulous person with a strong quality mindset and a good understanding of production and its processes. We value those who have a technical interest and basic knowledge in electronics and/or microwave technology.

You have experience with machine solder paste dispensing and component placement. A high degree of orderliness and administrative skill are advantageous, as these qualities will be useful in planning incoming assignments.

Regarding education, a high school diploma is required, alternatively a University College (YH) education in electronics or similar work experience. A technical interest is a prerequisite. A soldering certificate or experience in electronics repair is a plus.

Other personal qualities we value are the ability to work both independently and in a team, as well as a positive attitude towards new challenges.
