About the Role

As a traveling fitter, you will become an important part of our team working with store renovations, setups, and development across the country. Together, we create inspiring, functional, and sales-driving store environments for some of Sweden's leading retail chains.

The work is varied, and no work week is the same as the last. Your tasks will include, among others:

• Assembly and renovation of store fixtures
• Relocation and merchandising of goods according to planograms
• Building campaign areas and store environments
• Stock picking and assortment changes
• Ensuring store areas are attractive and ready for customers

The role involves travel and overnight stays away from home. For many projects, the team works on the road from Monday to Thursday.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work and is motivated by seeing clear results. You are responsible, solution-oriented, and easy to collaborate with. At the same time, you are self-reliant and take initiative when the situation calls for it.

You enjoy working at a fast pace, are flexible, and have no problem jumping in when needed. Since the work is physically demanding, we expect you to have good physical fitness and thrive on active workdays.

Previous experience from retail, warehousing, merchandising, assembly, or store renovation is advantageous. Experience with planograms or within the grocery industry is a bonus.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Access to a car
• Ability to travel and stay overnight away from home

Employment Type: This is an open application for upcoming store renovation projects during autumn and winter 2026.

The assignments vary in scope, and we are looking for both those interested in part-time work and those who wish to work full-time during the project periods.

You will be employed by Storesupport by Job&Talent and work on assignment for our customers across the country.

Salary: According to the collective agreement for the retail sector
