At a Service Point, we meet our customers in person, but customer interactions also happen digitally through various channels – always with the customer's needs in focus.

Manager or Leader? – We are looking for you who see the difference between the meanings of these words and who realize that both parts are needed to create a well-functioning unit and a developing team.

We do not require previous experience in a management role, but you need to be someone who has thought about the role of a leader for a considerable time. You should have a clear image of what you will stand for as a manager and leader. Perhaps you are currently your workplace's best employee and ready to take the next step? You most likely have a great interest in leadership, love sales, and want to create success through your team, while simultaneously burning with passion for delivering world-class service every day.

We are looking for you who:

• Are humble, socially competent, proactive, and energetic.
• Love selling and take great responsibility for both your own and others' performance.
• Can communicate goals and drive the group towards them in a coaching manner.
• Have interest and knowledge regarding the products we sell.
• Are result- and goal-oriented.
• Are stable, mature, and decisive in your actions.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in leadership in some form, preferably from retail.
• Experience in sales to end consumers.

What do we offer you?

In the role of Store Manager, you run your store as your own, together with your sales staff. You have solid support from Headquarters, giving you the best conditions to focus on operational leadership and the development of your team. We value close leadership through high store presence. In the role, you will have a close and tight collaboration with your Regional Manager who supports, develops, and acts as a sounding board.

Examples of tasks and responsibilities as Store Manager:

• Create an efficient and well-functioning team in your store.
• Maintain and develop the high level of customer satisfaction that we strive for.
• Work for a well-maintained store and a well-organized warehouse.

During the first year, you will be given a thorough introduction to the role – all to give you the best possible conditions as a Store Manager with us!

• Base salary according to the retail agreement based on the highest possible industry experience + responsibility supplement of approx. 4,500 SEK.

In addition to the Trade Collective Agreement, we also offer a bonus system, fitness allowance, and tailored internal training.
