About the role

As an order coordinator, you are responsible for providing customers with professional service and ensuring that the order flow runs smoothly. The role is varied and suits you if you enjoy having many contact points and like combining service with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Customer service via phone and email
• Order processing and administration
• Handling complaints and customer cases
• Invoicing issues and follow-up
• Collaboration with the logistics team to ensure efficient deliveries
• Ongoing administrative tasks related to customer and order management

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience from a similar role
• Have very good knowledge of SAP
• Are computer literate and quick to learn new systems
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

Advantageous

• Experience with SAP Hana
