We are looking for two personal assistants for a humorous, tech-savvy young man, turning 19, with autism, ADHD, and an intellectual disability. You will become an important part of his daily life, present during both small and large moments – at home, at school, and during leisure time.

We are seeking one assistant for approximately 75–80% and another for approximately 50%. One of the positions may include a coordination role, depending on the applicant's experience, suitability, and interest. The coordination role suits you if you enjoy creating structure, managing the practical aspects of assistance, and acting as a link between the work group, relatives, and other contacts. Coordination responsibilities may include planning and coordination, involvement in schedule planning and substitute coordination, as well as keeping track of materials and consumables. You will also contribute to continuity and quality in the daily work.

The assignment has a long-term focus with the goal of creating safety, structure, and participation in daily life based on individual conditions. You will be present as support during the transition to adulthood and in future life changes, including the possibility of independent living in the future.

Who are you?

You are secure, stable, and responsible with good judgment. You work in a structured manner but are flexible when needed. You are attentive, engaged, and work well in a team, while also being able to work independently. The pace varies and requires both calmness and initiative. You are a non-smoker.

A driver's license and access to a car are required. You must be fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written) and have good knowledge of English. Experience in care is an advantage, but personal suitability and good chemistry are decisive.

Job Responsibilities

You provide support in daily life based on individual needs, including personal care, tube feeding, and medication. You support communication and help interpret needs, feelings, and situations. You contribute to structure, safety, and participation, and are present as support in various environments, both at home, at school, and during leisure time.
