Viver – Support for Life
Viver is a private provider offering qualified social interventions in the form of supported housing for youths and young adults aged 16–20. Our operations are built on a strong belief in people's ability to change their lives – with the right support.
We work with youths in vulnerable life situations, often linked to social issues, mental health challenges, co-occurring disorders, or unstable home environments. Viver holds permits from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare (IVO) for both supported housing and foster care, and serves as a safe and professional partner to social services.
About the Role
We are currently looking for a social pedagogue to serve as a qualified key contact person – a pivotal role in our operations.
As a key contact person, you hold overall responsibility for the youths you work with, driving their progress forward from planning to follow-up. You work closely with both the youths and your colleagues, actively contributing to developing the individuals' conditions and the organization as a whole.

Your Responsibilities
The role includes, among other things:
- Planning, implementing, and following up on interventions based on each youth's needs
- Serving as the main contact person for a group of youths
- Collaborating with social services and other authorities
- Continuous documentation and contributing to structured quality work
- Close collaboration with colleagues to create a safe and stable daily life for the youths

You possess:
- The ability to work systematically and document continuously
- Strong communication skills and a motivating work style
- The ability to handle complex situations calmly and professionally
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a good team spirit
- High personal maturity and good self-awareness
- Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
Personal suitability is highly valued.
Requirements
- Education as a social pedagogue or other relevant education
- Category B driver's license (automatic transmission)
Merits
- Training in Motivational Interviewing (MI)
- Experience working with neurodevelopmental disorders (ND/NPF)
- Experience with documentation in social work
- Experience in psychiatry or education in the field
- Knowledge of honor-related violence and domestic violence
- Knowledge of trauma and PTSD

📍 Location: Stockholm – Globen
📅 Scope: Hourly employment with flexible working hours. The work includes day, evening, and weekend shifts, with on-call duties included.

💰 Salary: Individual salary setting
Start date: According to agreement.
