We are currently looking for several construction workers (anläggare) for permanent positions.

Job Responsibilities:

In the role of a construction worker, you will work with various types of ground and construction work, such as foundation laying, pipe installation, excavation, and stone setting. You will have a varied job and work mostly outdoors. You should be able to handle multiple tasks in parallel and perform well even under time pressure. You will have a machine operator and various types of special equipment at your disposal. Professional pride and lack of pretension are essential for a construction worker.

You will be part of a team with a site manager, foreman, and survey technician at the worksite.

Competence Profile:

• We are looking for you who have completed the Construction and Infrastructure program.
• At least two years of experience in water and sewerage (VA) work.
• Category B driver's license is required.
• Good physical fitness is a prerequisite.
• Professional certificate in Construction is an advantage.

Personal Qualities:

A construction worker should be able to perform various types of ground and pipeline work, enjoy working outdoors in a physically demanding environment, both alone and in a team. Since the work is constantly changing, it requires you to be flexible, unpretentious, and quick to adapt to changed circumstances. Professional pride and being a good ambassador for the profession are essential.

Contracts involving excavation, pipes, and larger areas, such as asphalt and normal fine grading. The most important thing is that you are self-reliant, can read drawings, set up lasers and Z-fix, and understand what needs to be done next.
