Regional Service, Customer Service for the County, is located in all hospital towns: Avesta, Falun, Ludvika, and Mora.

The role involves administrative responsibility with a focus on receiving and handling error reports and orders via phone, email, and digital forms. The position also includes customer contact through visits from healthcare staff and contractors.

You will work with registering and creating work orders in business systems, as well as handling cases related to parking permits, car pools, and e-ID cards. The tasks also include administration, photography, and activation of e-ID cards, which takes place in several locations.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in customer service
• Has worked in a telephone exchange and is accustomed to handling incoming calls
• Has experience receiving orders and handling cases in various business systems
• Has strong administrative skills
• Has good knowledge of Microsoft 365, with a special focus on Teams
• Thrives in a service-oriented role with a high pace and ongoing customer contact, both via phone and in person
• Hold a valid B-driver's license
