Job Description

Have you just graduated or are you at the start of your career? Then the technician role might be for you!

We at Randstad are now looking for driven and meticulous technicians for upcoming needs at our client Bosch in Tranås.

We are looking for you who are motivated, precise, and open to learning new things. If you have previous experience from assembly and production, we would love for you to apply! To thrive in this role, you should enjoy working at a fast pace and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Our clients have different assembly methods depending on the department, using tools such as screwdrivers and various testing equipment. Written instructions and drawings serve as the basis for the assembly.

The work involves shift work, but daytime hours may also occur.

As a technician at Bosch, you have overall responsibility for transforming technical components into finished quality products through both partial and full assembly. The work takes place in a structured flow on the line, where you assemble components and products with great precision in strict accordance with technical drawings and work instructions. You ensure that every step is performed with precision to meet our high requirements for function and quality.

As a consultant at Randstad, you are employed by us but work on-site at our client's premises. You enjoy the same benefits at Randstad as at other employers with collective agreements, such as wellness allowances, occupational health care, insurance, and discounts on gym memberships. In addition, you are offered numerous career opportunities, the chance to experience different corporate cultures, and insights from various industries, allowing you to develop your skills and build a rich CV. The position involves many contacts, so good collaboration and communication skills are important. As a person, we see that you are driven and accustomed to working independently. If you are looking for an employer that offers varied assignments and new networks, you will thrive with us.

Selection will take place on an ongoing basis, and the position may therefore be filled before the application deadline.

NOTE! We do not accept applications via email; please apply conveniently through our website.
