• Working Hours: Day shift Mon–Fri 06:30–15:00, or permanent afternoon shift Mon–Thu 15:00–00:30

As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital and central role in production. You ensure that machines run efficiently and deliver products of high quality. Your duties include replenishing materials, monitoring the process, and packing finished parts for delivery to the warehouse. Soldering and light assembly may also be part of certain tasks. You are also responsible for basic maintenance and ensuring that the machines are in good working order. Quality control and documentation are a natural part of your daily routine, and you work according to clear procedures to ensure smooth production.

To thrive and succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with positive drive who enjoys taking responsibility and being an important part of the team. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating, but you also have the ability to work independently when the situation requires it. You are detail-oriented and want to leave behind work you can be proud of.

The work is primarily during day shifts or the permanent afternoon shift, but flexibility is appreciated if schedule changes are needed.

• Category B driver’s license and access to a car

• Good proficiency in Swedish (speaking, writing, and reading comprehension)

• Good proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and reading comprehension)

• Education or previous experience in industry, manufacturing, or production is desirable but not required.
