Property Technician
N2L Förvaltning works with the commercial development and management of properties in city centers and trade areas. Behind the company is an experienced team with long and broad competence in property management, technology, and tenant relations.
In Jönköping, N2L is responsible for the management of a centrally located property portfolio comprising both commercial spaces and residential units. The assignment is carried out on behalf of Fastighets AB Regio, a long-term property owner with a clear focus on sustainable management in growing regional cities. Regio is owned by the Third Swedish National Pension Fund (Tredje AP-fonden).
N2L is now strengthening its organization and is looking for a Property Technician who wants a varied job close to both properties and people.
The position is based at our office in central Jönköping, where you will become part of a team that works closely together with a focus on quality and long-term sustainability.
For the right person, there is an opportunity to develop and influence the design of the role.
What the role entails
As a Property Technician, you will, in close collaboration with our technical managers, be responsible for the daily operations of the properties. You will be our face to the outside world and will have daily contact with our tenants.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Your main areas of responsibility:
- Continuous supervision of common areas
- Preventive maintenance
- Handling of fault reports
- Handling and distribution of fault reports requiring specialist knowledge
- Fire safety work
Profile
We are looking for someone with a sense for service who is driven by and appreciates good dialogue with our tenants and contractors.
Furthermore, experience from the property industry or similar experience from professions such as electrical or plumbing work is required.
We value curiosity and a desire to learn new things all the time.
You are expected to be creative, problem-solving, and responsible, as well as having an easy time collaborating with others.
Some administration is involved, which is why it is important that you are computer literate.
A valid driver's license (Category B) and your own car are required.
