DS Smith is now looking for an Electrician for our factory in Värnamo!

As a maintenance technician with us, you will have a varied and responsible job focusing on preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of machines and equipment. You will independently drive and support defined tasks within areas such as mechanical maintenance and repair, facility services, and installation of machines and equipment.

About You

We are looking for you who are trained as an electrician and have experience working in manufacturing operations. It is a great advantage if you also have good mechanical understanding. We have a high degree of automation in our machinery, so it is an advantage if you have knowledge of troubleshooting via PLC.

Since you will be part of a service department, we place great importance on your personal qualities. You have a strong safety mindset and enjoy collaborating with others, while being self-reliant and engaged. Problem-solving is a natural part of your daily routine, where you can utilize your creative, analytical, and customer-oriented approach. You enjoy being where the action is and communicate easily with those around you.

For this position, you need to have Swedish language skills at least at level B2.
