About the role

We are looking for an engaged and technically skilled service technician for our Radioshuttle division. Radioshuttle is our automated system for warehouse management. As a service technician, you will work practically with mechanics, electricity, and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform service and repairs, both internally and at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot machinery.
• Participate in warranty cases and follow up on these.
• Work with customer support.
• Participate in machine construction, as well as commissioning and technical improvement projects.
• Contribute to service documentation.

We believe that you:

• Have several years of experience from technical work in industry, automation, or similar fields.
• Have knowledge in mechanics and electricity/automation.
• Are service-oriented, detail-oriented, and thrive with many contact points – both internally and externally.
• Appreciate having a local base but are open to travel when needed.
• Are proficient in English, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills.
