Your Role

Are you looking for a varied role where you can work both practically and theoretically? As a Production Technician here, you are responsible for coordinating and performing maintenance and repair of workshop equipment. You plan the work, order materials, and calculate efforts when necessary. Additionally, you support production teams by handling tool purchases and orders from subcontractors.

The role also involves contributing to the development of test equipment for apparatus maintenance. Here, you will work both independently and in teams within a broad and exciting business area with great opportunities for development.

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, you need to be solution-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks. You are the hub of the network, taking responsibility and ensuring things get done. Since you collaborate with many different professional groups, it is important that you are clear and direct in your communication. Experience with machinery is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and willingness to learn.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a basic technical understanding, preferably within mechanics, hydraulics, or electrical engineering, as well as experience in maintenance work.
• Is proficient with computers.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The work schedule is during daytime hours, and the location is Malmslätt, Linköping.

The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance checks according to current regulations. For positions where Saab requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
