As a District Sales Representative at Fondprodukter AB, you will have an independent and varied role where you build strong customer relationships through regular customer visits in your district. You thrive on being on the road and understand that presence drives business. The role combines active field sales with participation in trade fairs, budget responsibility, and follow-up, as well as a flat hierarchy where you also support the warehouse when needed. Here you get the opportunity to represent an established company and work systematically in our CRM system according to our sales process.
About the role:
In the role of District Sales Representative, you are responsible for visiting and developing customers within your district, as well as working systematically according to the company's sales process. The role involves regular travel with overnight stays, participation in trade fairs, and ongoing budget and follow-up work.
Approximately >50 overnight stays per year.
The position is located in our modern premises in Karlstad.
About you:
You enjoy a fast pace, being close to the operations, and working in a flat hierarchy with your colleagues. You are motivated by working in a culture characterized by responsibility, positive energy, and long-term customer relationships.
We see that you have:
- Experience from field sales or B2B sales organizations
- Documented ability to create structure, routines, and follow-up, preferably with own sales budget
- Good financial understanding (budget, P&L, margins)
- System proficiency and experience with CRM/ERP – preferably Pyramid
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
Meritorious if you:
- Have experience from the hunting, shooting, sports, or outdoor industry
- Have worked with retailers, chains, or key accounts
- Have worked in seasonal business with a broad product portfolio
