In this role, you will develop and coordinate training solutions that meet the business's needs. You will work closely with internal experts and suppliers to create relevant and effective training initiatives.

About the Role

Responsible for local training portfolios.
Coordinate adaptations of training packages.
Drive the work of finding the right training solutions.
Support the business with recommendations and action plans.

What You Will Do

Plan and implement training programs.
Work with internal subject matter experts and external suppliers.
Contribute to solutions that support business needs.
Monitor and develop training initiatives over time.

We Are Looking For Someone With

Practical experience from training, learning, or a similar field.
Ability to work independently with some guidance.
Experience handling complex issues in a structured manner.
Ability to communicate and explain solutions clearly.
