We at Attendo are now looking for a nursing assistant / care aide for Attendo Säteriet in Mölnlycke.
About the role
As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our clients. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our clients. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during mealtimes is a large part of your role, as well as contributing with various activities that brighten up the daily lives of our elderly residents.
Your responsibilities include among other things:
- Personal care according to the facility's routines, based on the client's individual needs and wishes.
- Assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc., as needed.
- Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions.
- Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Experience working with the elderly.
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).
- Good computer skills/computer literacy.
- Category B driver's license.
Meritorious:
- Experience with delegation.
