About the Role
We are currently looking for an Economic Administrator for a consulting assignment with one of our clients in northwestern Scania. In this role, you will be responsible for economic administration and follow-up related to the daily flows of the business. You will become part of a cohesive team where you work closely with colleagues and other internal functions to ensure that economic processes are handled correctly and efficiently.
The work involves a combination of administration, follow-up, and control, where you play a key role in ensuring the quality of the financial data. You will work with large volumes of information and contribute to ensuring that the company's economic flows run smoothly.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Invoice processing and accounting
- Economic follow-up and result analysis
- Control and quality assurance of financial documentation
- Handling of credits and discrepancies
- Settlement and follow-up of carriers
- Ongoing administrative work related to economy and business support
The position is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Emploid and work at our client's site for an initial period of six months. After this period, there are opportunities for continued employment with the client company.
About You

Since the role involves many contact points, it is important that you are unpretentious and do not hesitate to ask for help or support others when needed.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Experience in administrative work, preferably within economy or logistics
