Personal Assistant Needed on an As-Needed Basis in Mjölby

We are currently looking for a personal assistant on an as-needed basis for our client in central Mjölby.

The client lives in her own apartment, uses a wheelchair, and requires assistance with most aspects of daily life.

The client is very active and trains frequently, either playing Boccia or working out at the gym. She enjoys planning activities during her free time. Therefore, we are looking for an assistant who is active, engaged, and enjoys cooking.

The client often travels to competitions, which means the schedule can vary. Working hours may be intensive during certain periods and lighter during others, so flexibility is essential.

This is a part-time position. Working hours vary; you may work full days (07:00–22:20) or have shifts split between morning and afternoon. In the event that the client becomes ill, you may be required to stay overnight.

Requirements: Excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required as the client uses the Bliss symbol system for communication.

To commence employment with SAAND Assistans, you must be able to present a valid ID and documentation proving your right to work in Sweden. You must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant.

While legislation requires background checks for assistants working with children under 18, SAAND Assistans requires a police certificate of good conduct (background check) for all employees to ensure the safety of our clients.
