Therapist for HVB Home Villa Andrum – Vision Omsorg
Vision Omsorg ABÖstergötlands län, Söderköping
Previous experience is desired
Vision Omsorg is now looking for a Therapist for our HVB home, Villa Andrum. Vision Omsorg consists of three operations:
Villa Andrum is an HVB home for adult men, aged 22–65, with significant treatment needs. Villa Andrum has 14 places in the operation: 12 places at our HVB in Söderköping and 3 places for extended HVB care in Åby.
Kronbacken is a home for certain other types of round-the-clock care with 16 places, located in Falerum. At Kronbacken, we receive both men and women aged 22–65. We have the possibility to receive couples, and the client can bring their pet.
Vändpunkten is Vision Omsorg's discharge operation and housing support. We have apartments in Norrköping, Skärblacka, Finspång, and Linköping. We tailor interventions based on each client's wishes. The client's needs and abilities form the basis for the extent and design of the intervention. Housing support is developed in collaboration with the client, the client's employer, and Vändpunkten. The intervention is based on investigations of the individual's needs and the considerations that need to be taken regarding the client's abilities.
Villa Andrum aims to be Sweden's leading HVB home for co-occurring men with significant psychiatric issues. Villa Andrum receives and treats clients with substance abuse problems or addiction combined with cognitive, neuropsychiatric, and psychiatric disabilities. Our clients often balance between different authorities and are "often lost between the chairs." Our clients have significant needs for support and treatment in some respects, which we meet through our working methods and treatment content.
At Villa Andrum, we use treatment methods such as CBT, MI, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, MRT, CRA, AP, Crime Programs, as well as trauma treatment and body-based methods.
We use an integrated treatment method for co-occurring disorders. We work in parallel with the client's different areas of need, have support from research on co-occurring disorders, and follow the National Board of Health and Welfare's national guidelines for care and support for substance abuse and mental ill health.
We are looking for you with a capacity for great personal responsibility. You understand that changes in everyday life are a constant state and you thrive in such a flexible environment. You are used to working in a team, can interact and find solutions when challenges arise. You are expected to contribute to our good and positive work environment. Your tasks consist of following each individual's specific care and implementation plan, following our routines, collaborating with colleagues, the responsible therapist, and management in daily work, and being responsible for creating and maintaining conditions for a better life for our clients.
You will work shifts including nights and sleep on duty at the facility. Solo work does not occur.
We are looking for you who have previous experience working with people with extensive psychiatric issues and substance abuse. You have an adequate education and enjoy taking great personal responsibility for your tasks. You must not appear in the police's suspicion and criminal record register.
Interviews are conducted continuously during the recruitment period.
