Summer Temporary Worker for Financial Assistance

Do you want to make a difference for people and at the same time gain valuable experience in public administration?

We are now looking for an engaged summer temporary worker for the Financial Assistance unit. With us, you will have the opportunity to work in a activity that supports people on their path to self-sufficiency and increased independence.

About the Assignment

As a summer temporary worker, you will work together with experienced social secretaries within financial assistance. The tasks include, among other things:

  • Processing applications for financial assistance according to the Social Services Act.
  • Investigating, assessing, and making decisions based on current legislation and guidelines.
  • Contacting clients, authorities, and other cooperating parties.
  • Documenting and following up on cases.
  • Contributing to supporting individuals towards self-sufficiency.

The work involves both independent responsibility and close collaboration with colleagues.

We are looking for you who

  • Are studying to become a social worker or have another relevant higher education degree.
  • Have good knowledge of the Social Services Act and an interest in public administration.
  • Are responsible, structured, and have a good ability to make decisions.
  • Have a professional and respectful approach.
  • Enjoy collaborating and building good relationships.

Experience of working within financial assistance or other public administration is meritorious.
