Lindab manufactures, markets, and distributes products and system solutions for the construction industry, primarily within the metal sheet and ventilation sectors. As a salesperson, you serve our B2B customers with your technical knowledge of our range while ensuring we maintain a well-stocked and appealing Proffsbutik (Pro Shop). The salesperson's role also includes loading and unloading transport with a forklift, as well as packing and ensuring correct product deliveries to Lindab's customers. As a salesperson, it is important that you see the importance of your role in following the customer through the entire delivery chain, from consultation and active sales to proactively working with the in-store customer experience, understanding the importance of correct delivery. Your responsibilities as a salesperson at Lindab:
- Help customers find products and make the right product choices in the store.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Handle sales, returns, and inventory through our business system.
- Ensure we have the right product assortment and volume in the warehouse and store.
- Stay actively updated on customer offers and product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean, sales-oriented, and organized store environment.
- Load and unload goods and pack sales orders in the warehouse and store.
What we look for in you as a salesperson:
- Previous experience in sales within the building trade is preferred but not required.
- Unpretentious and friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Engaging communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
- Natural aptitude for sales and customer focus.
- Sense of responsibility and team spirit.
