Your future challenge

Operational procurement is part of Operations & Supply Chain and consists of indirect procurement, project procurement, supplier quality, and strategic procurement. Today, we have approximately 30 driven and engaged employees within the department, divided into 4 teams. We are now looking for two team leaders for two of the teams.

The main focus for the Team Leader is to ensure procurement deliveries within their area together with their team through sustainable leadership and employee engagement, where continuous improvement permeates the operations.

The teams deliver in all phases of the procurement process, from purchase until the material is delivered to the quay. A key part of your work is therefore to support and coach the team in collaboration externally with our suppliers, but also internally. Your most important interfaces are Planning, Strategic Procurement, Project Procurement, Engineering, Pre-production, and Logistics. You are responsible, together with the process owner, for developing the department's work processes and system support.

The person you are

Sharing knowledge and being solution-focused is second nature to you. Furthermore, you are a relationship builder who sees value in collaboration, while also being a skilled communicator, both internally and externally. You have a pronounced sense of delivery and goal achievement, believe it is important to deliver quality, and have an innate drive to develop working methods and processes.

For this role, we are looking for you with previous experience in leadership and strategic thinking. You have an academic education relevant to the position or equivalent, and you speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
