We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client. In your daily work, you will work towards the group's set goals for service and customer satisfaction. Your primary tools will be the telephone and computer, where you will answer incoming calls and handle cases via email and chat.

You will be part of a cheerful team that has a genuine interest in service, while also being in a developing and learning environment. The customer service team actively works to provide every customer with a positive experience.

Your profile:

We are looking for you who have experience within service, perhaps from another industry, but who are now ready to take the next step and try something new. To succeed in the role, you are driven by meeting and helping customers in a professional manner and are motivated by working towards set goals. You are communicative, have an easy time understanding the customer's needs, and are attentive to both customers and colleagues.
