Do you have access to a car and live near Rönninge? Are you comfortable with dogs and able to work both day shifts and on-call night shifts? Then you've found the right place!

We are currently looking for temporary staff for our client in Rönninge. Working hours are scheduled for both day and night. During the day, you work from 09:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:58 with a one-hour break in between. During the nights, you work from 22:00–09:00. Part of the night shifts involves being on call. Therefore, you must be flexible and able to work both day and night shifts.

You will start as a temporary staff member, but there is a chance to get a permanent schedule. You should be able to start immediately.

The Client and Job Description

The client is a woman with a physical disability. She lives with her two children and a large dog. The family takes care of the dog, but it is important that you do not have a fur allergy or are afraid of dogs. The client communicates freely on her own, so you need to be attentive and open to receiving the client's wishes and instructions.

As a personal assistant, you will help meet the client's daily and basic needs. This involves assisting the client with daily tasks such as:

• Support during all transfers and position changes
• Toilet visits
• Personal care
• Personal hygiene
• Dressing and undressing
• Rehabilitation/training
• Meals
• Laundry and cleaning
• Unpacking groceries
• Assisting the client when she is working
• Activities and leisure

Your job is to do what the client would have done herself without her disability, without taking over tasks that the person can perform herself.

We are looking for someone who meets these requirements:

• Female
• No fur allergy or fear of dogs
• Has a driver's license and car, or lives nearby
• Fluent in Swedish
• Physically strong enough to perform transfers

Additionally, the client prefers that you are structured and organized. You are empathetic and put the client's needs first. Basic technical knowledge to help with tasks such as using a computer is a merit. Knowledge of transfer techniques is also an advantage.
