Here you will take on a central role in a comprehensive ROT (Repair, Move, Extend) project for an older multi-family residential building, where environmental issues need to be monitored carefully throughout the entire contract. The assignment covers both construction and ground works, focusing on ensuring that environmental requirements are implemented in practice, from handling hazardous substances to monitoring documentation and environmental programs.

You will work from the client's perspective and become a key part of the dialogue with the contractor and other involved parties. • You monitor the client's environmental interests throughout the entire contract.
• You follow up on the remediation of hazardous substances such as PCB and asbestos.
• You ensure that materials are registered in the Building Product Assessment (Byggvarubedömningen) and handle deviations related to this.
• You drive the follow-up of the project's environmental requirements according to the environmental program, including parts of the Miljöbyggnad certification.
• You review the contractor's environmental plan and follow up that environmental work is performed according to requirements and legislation.
• You conduct regular site visits and check the contractor's self-control measures.
• You review the contractor's final documentation and summarize the final report.
• You take minutes during site visits and take notes during other meetings.

• At least 8 years of experience as an environmental consultant in multi-family housing projects or equivalent experience.
• Experience with larger parts of the tasks included in a ROT project of this type.
• Completed course and certified according to SGBC.
• Experience working with the Building Product Assessment (Byggvarubedömningen).
• Experience following up on environmental requirements in contracts from the client's perspective.
• Ability to work on-site in project operations and conduct site visits.
• Experience from two or more ROT projects that reflect the scope of the current project.

• Post-secondary education of at least 3 years.
• Experience from projects where Miljöbyggnad has been included as part of the environmental requirements.
• Experience from larger ROT projects within multi-family housing.
