ABOUT THE POSITION

At Inre Kraft, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant on an hourly temporary basis, extra as needed, for our client in central Luleå. We are looking for four people who want to work extra as a substitute. An hourly temporary position that can lead to a permanent part-time position of approx. 50%. This might suit you if you are studying or have another job during the day. But there is a chance for a lot of work!

Working hours vary between day, evening, and night. Both awake nights and on-call nights. This applies to weekdays as well as weekends, all year round.

Start date is by agreement, where we would like you to be able to start an introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client likes to be out doing various activities such as walking, watching TV, and listening to music. Our client needs your help as an assistant in their daily life as they use a wheelchair.

The duties include:

• Support with daily routines, such as common household chores
• Assistance/help with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and during meals
• Mobility/transfers

REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language - both spoken and written
• Non-smoker

MERITS

• Driver's license and access to a private car
• Experience working in care and elderly care
• Tolerance for pets

Employment level: Hourly substitute as needed + chance of part-time

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and approve using your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting an employment with us is that you, as the applicant, can present a valid ID and/or submit a tax certificate (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the tax certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will cover both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing time may vary, so the order should be made well in advance.
