ABOUT THE POSITION
At Inre Kraft, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client in Luleå. We are currently seeking temporary staff.
You will primarily work day shifts on weekdays and weekends. After working with the client for a while, there is an opportunity to work night shifts if you wish.
The working hours are as follows:
- Primarily 08:00-17:00
Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a woman in her mid-twenties who lives centrally in Luleå. She has extensive care needs and requires support in most parts of her daily life. The client lacks verbal ability but communicates using her eyes, sounds, and body language.
The duties include:
- Support with daily routines, such as household chores
- Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and meals
- Help and support with communication
- Activities
The client uses a wheelchair and lifting aids.

REQUIREMENTS
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
MERITS
- Previous experience in personal assistance/care
Employment level: Temporary staff as needed
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID and/or submit a certificate of personal registration (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal registration from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so the order should be placed well in advance.

We recommend that you ensure you have current extracts in accordance with current legislation and the new rules that come into force on March 1, 2026.
