ABOUT THE POSITION

At Inre Kraft, we are looking for an engaged female assistant who wants to work as a substitute on an as-needed basis for our child client, located approximately 5 km outside the city center. We offer the following services:

1 substitute position on an as-needed basis, primarily scheduled on weekends between 07:00-20:00, but may also include weekday evenings between 15:00-20:00.

Start date is immediate, so we would love for you to be able to start your introduction as soon as possible.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is an 8-year-old girl who enjoys finding fun and rewarding activities to do together with her assistants, such as swimming, cycling, outdoor activities, having coffee in town, etc. Our client needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she has a multi-functional disability.

The tasks include:

• Support with daily routines, such as household chores
• Mobility assistance
• Help with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals
• Verbal training and stretching
• Activation/Engagement in activities

Are you an active woman who enjoys planning and carrying out outdoor activities, bowling, swimming, and cycling together with the client? Furthermore, do you enjoy going to cafes for coffee, visiting markets, or watching various sports events together with the client? The client rides horses and there are fur-bearing animals in the home, so it is of utmost importance that you are comfortable around animals and horses.

Your role as a personal assistant to the client involves being helpful in daily life where the disability limits her. This means you provide support and help with training, play, activities, personal care, mobility, and meals. You need to have the willingness and ability to plan and participate in activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Driver's license and access to a car
• Comfortable around fur-bearing animals and horses

Employment level: Substitute on an as-needed basis.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
