About the role

As a team leader, your primary task is to coach and work in the daily care work together with the team. This means that you are a role model for your employees and, through your strong commitment, you create a good work climate in the group every day.

• Close leadership: The role exists in our organization to ensure close leadership and provide support. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your work group and are involved in developing and quality-assuring the operations in accordance with Vardaga's concept. This is done by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, giving feedback, and confirming your employees in their daily work. You have several team leader colleagues, and you collaborate, bounce ideas off each other, and exchange experiences.

• Involvement: As a team leader, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management group.

About Villa Vikhem

Villa Vikhem is a residence in the Vikhem area in Staffanstorp. The unit has three floors with two departments per floor. There are 40 places for specialized housing and 20 places for short-term/alternating care. At Villa Vikhem, we focus on training and animals. We have opportunities for training both indoors and outdoors. Those living in specialized housing have the opportunity to move in with their pet. We also collaborate with external actors and place great emphasis on ensuring that those living with us experience a meaningful everyday life, for example through organized activities or time with their contact person.

• Activity Coordinator: We work systematically with activities and have an activity coordinator who develops and carries out meaningful activities with our residents.

• Youth Care (Ung Omsorg): We have a collaboration with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg does various activities together with us who work here, to add a golden touch to the lives of the residents.

• Animals in Care: Here we work with animals in care, and we have regular visits from therapy animals.

Your experience and knowledge

You are a trained nursing assistant, have good computer skills, and speak and write fluent Swedish. Experience from elderly care and leadership is meritorious for this role. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
