We are now looking for a support assistant for a long-term substitute position with a work time of approximately 87%. The shifts include day, evening, every other weekend, and so-called "sleeping" night duty.

As a support assistant, you provide individual and close-to-daily-life support. Your task is to create a secure environment and a meaningful day for our residents through respectful and calm interaction.

We are looking for you who are confident in your professional role and passionate about developing care within LSS. You have a natural ability to build relationships and maintain your calm even in challenging situations.

We would like you to have:

• Formal competence within healthcare and social care.
• Experience of working within LSS.
• Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written) as well as good computer skills.
• A cooperative attitude and a desire to contribute to our positive atmosphere.

As we have a company vehicle, we would prefer that you have a B driver's license.
