ABOUT THE POSITION
We are currently looking for a personal assistant for our client in Jämtön, outside of Luleå. We offer a position of approximately 30%, with the main focus on every other weekend, but there is also room for work on the Monday of that same week.
The work schedule is as follows:
Week 1: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Week 2: Off
Working hours:
Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 20:00
Monday: Time by agreement (Monday shifts complete the position to 30%).
Important to know:
The most important thing for us is to find someone who can work the weekends (which accounts for 25% of the position). We are primarily looking for you who can also take the Monday shifts to reach 30%, but the most important thing is that the weekends work out, and we are open to dialogue regarding the Mondays.
Start date is by agreement, and we would be happy if you could start the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a 13-year-old girl living in Jämtön outside of Luleå with her family. Our client needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she has cerebral palsy and epilepsy.
The tasks include:
Support with daily routines, such as household chores
Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals
Transfers
Handling of assistive devices such as lifting equipment and electric wheelchairs

REQUIREMENTS
Good knowledge of the Swedish language
Driver's license & access to a car (to get to the workplace)
Ability to tolerate dogs and cats as there are pets in the home
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in healthcare and social care
Education in healthcare and social care
Employment level: 1 permanent position 25-30%
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record register. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will cover both extracts from the criminal record register and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
